“Controcampo. Gli architetti italiani ci mettono la faccia” curated by Luca Molinari and Alessandro Benetti, displays a series of almost 200 hundred portraits of all those great masters and emerging architects, designers and landscape designers who have helped to make SpazioFMG exhibition and event program a ground of knowledge and debate for architecture.
The exhibit is a unique event focusing for the first time, not on architectural projects, but on the people who create, design and build architecture every day. Each portrayed professional has been invited to specify a significant publication which has marked his/her own life. The books shape a secondary landscape of words and worlds out of the discipline which side the faces of so much Italian architecture.
